This paper describes development of an on-line optics knowledge base for E-learning system. Also some applications of ontology modeling for the next-generation e-learning system are presented. A method of knowledge base creation is proposed as well as the stages of knowledge engineering. Architecture of the knowledge base with ontology graphical visualization module for simple and intuitive content browsing is described.

A.K. Kerimov, U.Sh. Rzayeva. Objects’ clusterization by linguistic description under theory FLb
We consider the problem of clustering objects with fuzzy characteristics, taking linguistic values, for the solution which uses fuzzy logic in a broad sense (FLb). A special class of linguistic syntagmas is determined in FLb. Clusterization problem is formulated in terms of fuzzy logic in a broad sense, we introduce an auxiliary (consistent) fuzzy theory, within which objects’ belonging to each other and objects to the class is uniquely defined.

The article is concerned an approach to design the projects of organization management systems that allows to apply theoretical and practical results of investigation in artificial intelligence for designing systems. In paper, the singleton-type fuzzy system is considered. The direct ant colony algorithm for systems identification is offered. Working capacity of identification algorithm is confirmed by a number of simulating experiments in which course algorithm parameters varied. The comparative analysis of the received results with analogues is given.

Autonomous agents and multi–agent systems research are stimulated, in many respects, by modern robotics. Within the latter, one of the hottest problems is coordination of teamwork of autonomous agents intended for execution of a mission. At the same time, this aspect of multi–agent systems is the source of a number of the most difficult tasks. The paper is devoted to a brief survey on and analysis of the current state–of–the–art concerning with theories (part 1), frameworks and supporting reusable software, as well as to a comparative overview of the languages aimed at specification of the teamwork aspects of autonomous agents (part 2).

Methods and technology features of integrated expert systems development intelligent support are in focus of this paper. Construction of such systems is based on task-oriented methodology, which was introduced by G.V. Rybina in mid-90s, and software tools - third generation of complex AT-TECHNOLOGY, which is a workbench for knowledge engineers. Original approach to the "intellectualization" of development processes of such class systems based on methods and software tools, generalized by term "intelligent environment", are described.

We consider the problem of constructing a model of decision making, by taking into account the individual contribution of people in the situation of choice. The concept of goal-oriented choice situation is introduced, and linguistic estimates of its components are suggested. This approach enables us using in the choice model some psychological characteristics of the decision-maker.

The data presentation method in first-order predicate logic is offered. The mechanism of solution ways cancellation in the space of the proof procedure is elaborated.
